Founder's Welcome
Welcome to DASH Leadership!
When I founded the DASH Leadership Consortium, I had a simple but purposeful vision: to create a space where leaders—both emerging and established—could come together to learn, grow, and inspire change. Through mentorship, education, networking, and collaboration, we equip leaders with the tools they need to navigate challenges, foster innovation, and drive impactful progress in their fields and communities. Leadership isn’t just about titles or positions; it’s about service, impact, vision, and the courage to take action. Welcome to a community of changemakers!

Diane has over 30 years of experience working in the field of communications, which began while she lived in Houston, Texas. She was employed by Innerfaith Publishing as an editorial assistant and as an advertising sales associate at KYOK Gospel Radio station.
